SO MUCH Going on With the House!!! Time to Play a Little Catch-Up......

First-up!
The Door Hardware is starting to go in......The Pantry:

& Exterior Lights!

Though the Front door is not painted, yet.....

& Then we took a little break to have Movie Night at the new digs & break in the oven with our house guest, Alexandre, making us a lovely French Apple Tart!  Hmmmmmm....!!

Kitchen backsplash - now DONE - grouted & everything!

& a view of the Guest bathroom - walls are DONE  Floor has yet to be grouted...

& our built-in bench is IN!! (after some contractor coaching.....he made the back 9" taller & the bottom 4" taller to start - eeek!  He didn't understand the 1960's vibe with low benches & low backs....as he said, he wasn't even alive until the 80's - haha!)

& Cork going in the living room....almost done with the downstairs cork!

& time for some essentials....like hot water.....

MOVE -IN is in 6 DAYS - EEEEEK!!!

Still SO MUCH to do - glad they are working through the weekend to get it all mostly DONE!

& OMG!!!  The Air Conditioning is Finally Functional so that it will not be 112 Degrees in the house anymore when working - WOOHOO!!!

And......finally, the Power Pole for moving the Electric Lines for the Bar came today!
