First-up here are our bamboo-patterned Formica countertops for the bar, which look AWESOME!
& I've been working on pulling together ALL of the light fixtures that will fill out this plan....

This one was an existing fixture that was just white in the middle - looks MUCH better wrapped-up in vintage fabric!
This was just a rattan cylinder thing. No idea what it was orginally used for. So I wrapped it in a couple pieces of tapa & wired it to make it into a simple drum-like lamp.
& one of my favorites!
Got it at a Flea Market a few years back. Super heavy metal with marbles inlaid.
Re-wiring this one was beyond my personal electrical skills - just picked it up today - cannot wait to hang it up!

Rock for the sides of the bar are now filling the driveway....along with the dumpster & the POD......good thing we've got a big driveway!
Our HOA required a % of the bar have rock on the outside to match the house. Would not have been our first choice.....not terribly tiki....but we negotiated with them to the point that it was at least acceptable. So Rock is going on!

Then electricity, lights hanging
& Then the touch-ups & punch list.
Then, after the contractors are out of here, we need to pour the bartop & empty our Pod & storage space into the bar!! It'll take a bit of time to get it all settled & we can't wait!!
Best guess for completion - Mid-March?????
