The roof got prepped for shingles......
& The siding got installed:
The view from our bedroom balcony, where the deck was re-done, including new not ugly railings!
We'll stain it Grey once it's weathered a bit & is ready to accept stain
& the painter's prepping with XXXX Long ladder! (Better them than us - EEEEK!)
Primer going on........

& in case anyone has been wondering what the back is looking like.....
& look at those FABULOUS beams!!!!!
& the Lower Deck was completely re-built as well & will also be done in Grey once it's ready.
The large planter boxes also make it so that we will not need deck railings!
& The Fabulous Door!!!!!!!
.....Which started out it's life on a ship. Was refinished & ready to go, except it was very short, which is not a good attribute for a door in & out of a bar - we don't need our guests getting dents in their heads. So, that why you see the bottom of the door has been built onto. The new part will be stained to match & a brass plate will go over that new part of the door so no one will really even be able to tell, pretty cool, huh???

Next week the roofers will put the roof on & the Insulation & drywall are going in!
